Term and conditions

1.Ordering / Payment Process

  1. Select the product and review the details.
  2. Collect a discount code (if available)(ถ้ามี)
  3. .Add the product to the cart and review the total amount.
  4. Enter the shipping address and choose a payment method, such as:
    1. QR code payment
    2. Mobile banking transfer
    3. Credit / Debit card
    4. Various digital wallets
  5. Confirm the order and track the order status.

2.Shipping

3.Returns / Claims / Warranty

  1. Purchased products can be returned or exchanged within 1–3 days after receiving the items. Returned products must be in perfect condition only.
  2. The products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date the customer receives the items.
  3. The warranty does not cover damage, breakage, or defects caused by the shipping company.

4. Responsibilities of the Merchant and the Customer

  1. Merchant Responsibilities
    1. Provide accurate information by clearly displaying product details, prices (prices must be clearly shown and must not require customers to message for pricing only, in accordance with the law), product condition, and shipping costs in full. Do not exaggerate or provide misleading advertisements.
    2. Accuracy of order fulfillment by delivering products exactly as ordered (correct color, correct size, correct model) and always inspecting the product condition before packing.
    3. After-sales responsibility by having a clear return/exchange policy in cases of defective or incorrect products, including responding to customer messages promptly to provide information or resolve issues.
    4. Customer data protection by safeguarding customers’ personal information (name, address, phone number) and not disclosing or misusing such data.
    5. Tax transparency by issuing receipts or proof of payment and paying income tax from sales in accordance with the law.
  2. Customer Responsibilities
    1. Review information before purchasing by carefully reading product details and warranty terms before placing an order.
    2. Responsibility for payment by completing payment within the specified time if choosing bank transfer, or if choosing Cash on Delivery (COD), being available to receive delivery calls and preparing payment. Refusing delivery without valid reasons may result in account suspension or violation of the purchase agreement.
    3. Provide a clear delivery address by specifying a correct full name, address, and reachable phone number to prevent returned shipments.
    4. Inspect products upon receipt. Customers should inspect items immediately after delivery and notify the merchant within the specified period (e.g. 1–3 days) if any issues are found.
    5. Provide honest reviews by sharing truthful feedback to benefit other buyers and help the merchant improve their services.

5. Personal Data Protection Policy

  1. Collected Information: Full name / shipping address / phone number / email / order history / and payment information
  2. Purpose: To process product delivery, payment transactions, order status notifications, and marketing activities
  3. Data Sharing: Customer information may be shared with shipping companies or credit card payment systems
  4. Data Retention Period: Customer data will be stored in the database indefinitely
  5. Data Subject Rights: Customers have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data from the system

6. Shipping Fees

Free shipping on all items,

except for special products that require direct delivery by truck to a single customer, such as chains, buckets, booms, and arms.

In these cases, customers must contact the supplier to check the shipping cost, or the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
